Product Summary
The TPD4102K is a DC brush less motor driver using high voltage PWM control. The TPD4102K is fabricated by high voltage SOI process. It contains PWM circuit, 3-phase decode logic, level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, IGBT outputs, FRDs, over current and under voltage protection circuits, and thermal shutdown circuit. It is easy to control a DC brush less motor by applying a signal from a motor controller and a hole IC to the TPD4102K.
